Viren Rechner 5.0

 

Der Virenrechner 5.0 ist ein Programm, um einfache Modelle der Ausbreitung eines Virus zu simulieren.                                                                                                                                      

Alle Berechnungen basieren auf den Eingaben auf der Registerkarte "Basismodell".                                                                                                                                 

 

Registerkarte "Basismodell"                                    

 

Die insgesamt gemeldeten Fälle am Tag Null (0), also zu Beginn der Simulation, können in Zelle $B$6 eingetragen werden.                                                                                                                                          

Der eingegebene Wert muss dabei größer als Null sein.                                                                                                                                           

                                                                                                                                            

Für die Anzahl der Tage bis zu einer 75-prozentigen Durchseuchung der betroffenen Population                                                                                                                                       

steht die Zelle $B$9 zur Verfügung. Die Anzahl der Tage sollte dabei zwischen 100 und 2500 liegen.                                                                                                                                  

                                                                                                                                            

In Zelle $B$12 kann die Anzahl der Individuen der Gesamtpopulation gespeichert werden.                                                                                                                                  

Diese Angabe sollte sich auf die jeweilige Zielpopulation beziehen.                                                                                                                                   

                                                                                                                                            

Zelle $B$18 verweist auf die zu berücksichtigende bedingte Wahrscheinlichkeit Im.                                                                                                                                  

Im Basismodell wird davon ausgegangen, dass nur ein Bruchteil aller Infektionen gemeldet wird                                                                                                                                       

und dass bei einer Meldung soziokulturelle, medizinökonomische und persönliche Faktoren ausschlaggebend sind.                                                                                                                               

                                                                                                                                            

Das für den Tag Null (0) in Beziehung zu setzende Datum in Zelle $B$25 ist eine optionale Angabe.                                                                                                                                   

Die Berechnung kann also auch ohne ein spezifisches Startdatum ausgeführt werden.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Registerkarte "Basismodell - Diagramm"                                                                    

 

Das anzuzeigende Diagramm kann in Zelle $B$6 ausgesucht werden.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          

Registerkarte "Verlaufsmodell"                                                                                                

 

Die Daten der Registerkarte "Verlaufsmodell" entstehen in direkter Abhängigkeit                                                                                                                                     

von den Daten auf der Registerkarte "Basismodell". Der jeweils zu Grunde liegende Wert                                                                                                                                    

ist dabei die Anzahl der Gesamtinfektionen am jeweiligen Berechnungstag.                                                                                                                                 

                                                                                                                                            

Auf der Registerkarte "Verlaufsmodell" können Prozentangaben gemacht werden.                                                                                                                                 

Die betreffenden Eingabezellen sind $B$7, $B$11, $B$15, $B$19 und $B$23.                                                                                                                                  

Die fortlaufende Summe der Prozentzahlen findet sich in Spalte $G.                                                                                                                                

Eine Berechnung findet nur statt, wenn der Kontrollwert in $G$23 100 ist.

Registerkarte "Mortalitätsmodell"                                                                                                                               

 

Die Daten der Registerkarte "Mortalitätsmodell" entstehen in direkter Abhängigkeit                                                                                                                               

von den Daten auf der Registerkarte "Basismodell" und auf der Registerkarte "Verlaufsmodell".                                                                                                                                       

Der zu Grunde liegende Wert für den jeweiligen Berechnungstag wird in Spalte $H auf der Registerkarte "Verlaufsmodell" generiert                                                                                                                                    

und repräsentiert den unter dem Label des Verlaufsoperators V4 zu berücksichtigenden prozentualen Anteil.                                                                                                                                       

                                                                                                                                            

Auf der Registerkarte "Mortalitätsmodell" können Prozentangaben gemacht werden.                                                                                                                                           

Die betreffenden Eingabezellen sind $B$7, $B$11 und $B$15.                                                                                                                                

Die fortlaufende Summe der Prozentzahlen findet sich in Spalte $G.                                                                                                                                

Eine Berechnung findet nur statt, wenn der Kontrollwert in $G$15 100 ist.

Registerkarte "Linearmodell"                                                                                                                                                                      

 

Die Daten der Registerkarte "Linearmodell" entstehen in direkter Abhängigkeit                                                                                                                                         

von den Daten auf der Registerkarte "Basismodell". Die zu Grunde liegenden Werte                                                                                                                               

sind dabei die insgesamt gemeldeten Fälle am Tag Null (0), also zu Beginn der Simulation,                                                                                                                                    

und die Zahl in Basismodell!$B$18, die auf die zu berücksichtigende bedingte Wahrscheinlichkeit Im verweist.                                                                                                                                          

                                                                                                                                            

Die Anzahl der Neuinfektionen pro Tag kann in Zelle $B$6 eingetragen werden.                                                                                                                                         

Der eingegebene Wert muss dabei größer als Null und kleiner als 100000 sein.
